China Silk Industrial & Trading Corp. was founded in March, 1990, with the register capital of 22.91 million Yuan and 198 employees. We are a wholly state-owned company subordinated to China Heng Tian Group Co., Ltd., which is directly supervised and administrated by the state-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

In the past 18 years' development and utilization of cocoon and silk industry administration advantages, we have successfully improved our company pattern from a silk industry administrator to a separate trade company, and expanded business range from single silk export to multi-fields of international business situation, such as textile machine, beauty equipment etc.. Now we own 3 subsidiary companies and 5 stock-share enterprises, which act as our strong basis in the export business.
